Shipping
We dispatch every order within 48 hours by EMS Express Mail Service, fully tracked. Your tracking number is sent by email on the day your parcel leaves Bethlehem.
Payment
For now we accept payment by bank transfer only. Once we have confirmed your order and the total, including shipping, we send you our bank details. Your order leaves Bethlehem once the transfer arrives, and if we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full.
Returns and breakage
Each piece is packed by hand in Bethlehem, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Should anything arrive damaged, email us a photograph at info@saint-michael-store.com and we will send a replacement.
