About this piece
What it shows
Joseph and Mary bend towards the Child, who stands between them with his hand raised in blessing. It is a household icon in the truest sense, a prayer for a family.
How it is made
The gold-ground image is set into a broad frame of dark wood with softened, hand-finished edges. It is ready to hang.
